Roy Moore: No Such Thing as 'DREAMer' Illegal Alien, Program Was 'Never Passed by Congress' - Breitbart

sep 21 2017 Anti-establishment Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore denounced the use of the term the open borders lobby and mainstream media have used to describe illegal aliens shielded by the Obama-created Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
Moore, during a debate with establishment-backed candidate Sen. Luther Strange (R-AL), said the term “DREAMer” to describe nearly 800,000 illegal aliens protected by DACA does not actually exist, because the temporary amnesty program was never approved by Congress.

“We don’t need to talk about DACA,” Moore said during the debate. “Obviously Congress did not do their duty on DACA, which was a mere memo from the Department of Homeland Security under Barack Obama, which violated the laws.

Trump and obama are/we're trying to get congress to act . Those wusses refuse .

Yes obozo asked congress to change the law and they said no. That didn't give aunt barry the right to refuse to enforce the law!!!

Obozo needed to make a deal with congress. Say give them a border wall in exchange for making DACA legal. That's how things get done but obozo was too dumb to see that.

Weird, the presidents executive power isn't defined by the constitution.

Wrong. The constitution says the president "shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed". And yet aunt barry gave millions of illegals a certificate saying they can break our laws!!!

How many times before he did DACA did Obama say he didn't have the power to do so?

Got it. Over 22 times. Obama knew damn well what he did was illegal.

"No president can waive a magic wand and change the immigration status of broad categories of people. Obama knew that too, as he noted in 2011:

With respect to the notion that I can just suspend deportations through executive order, that’s just not the case, because there are laws on the books that Congress has passed…. Congress passes the law.

The executive branch’s job is to enforce and implement those laws. And then the judiciary has to interpret the laws. There are enough laws on the books by Congress that are very clear in terms of how we have to enforce our immigration system that for me to simply through executive order ignore those congressional mandates would not conform with my appropriate role as president.

Again in 2013 after an illegal alien protestor interrupted an Obama speech claiming he could stop all deportations, the president responded “it was just not the case” that he could “suspend deportations through executive order” because “there are laws on the books that Congress has passed.”

He repeated this assertion 22 times before he reversed himself and did it."

Obama's 'pen and phone' have been trumped when it comes to DACA

Why did obozo change his mind on this matter? Answer - He realized the country was far more conservative than he thought and if dems wanted to stay in power they needed the vote of millions of illegals.
