Perhaps if the Democrats' own government salaries were to be "earned" and based solely upon the financial performance and outlook for Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security, I bet you'd be seeing a lot of changes and reforms happen REAL quick!! Foreign invaders . . . like those of the French while fighting the Germans, or the people of Guam when facing the Japanese? American soldiers are better trained. Exactly. They don't have to care about the quality of customer service you get, because who are you going to go to? They can set their own policies, decided how much care you will get and when you are considered too much of an expense. Choice and competition? Tell that to those who are forced to take government Medicare for health insurance, and then find themselves limited on the type of care they are "allowed" to receive.
