In this country we believe that everyone is 'Innocent Until Proven Guilty' ... or at least that is supposed to be how it works.

We believe that people are NOT tried and found guilty in a court of public opinion but are instead entitled to their day on court and the opportunity to defend themselves ... or we once did.

In today's world, dominated by intolerant opinionated liberals defended and supported by just as liberal, opinionated fake news media, anyone who does not think like them, act like them, or support the same ideology / narratives are 'GUILTY' without evidence. They are 'guilty' because Liberals SAY they are 'guilty'. 'Their day in court' is not an acknowledged right / necessity, as the opportunity to defend themselves is not.

What is required to establish guilt these days, according to Liberals / snowflakes is the declaration that someone is 'guilty' (and this is NEVER applicable to Liberals / Democrats).

Deputy Director of the Department of Justice (And Obama anti-Trump Co-Conspirator) Rod Rosenstein just INDICTED 12 Russians for doing what former President Barak Obama says foreign nations do all the time - interfere in our nation's elections.

Much like the previous Russians Mueller and Rosenstein have indicted, these 12 will probably never see their day in court, either. (Mueller has continuously delayed the trial for the previous Russians.) Vladimir Putin is not going to agree to extradite 12 Russians to face questioning by US interrogators involved in a Conspiracy who have an obvious agenda against the President of the United States. Putin will not allow his people to be pawns in the continued unfounded Liberal crusade to take down Trump, especially when there is still no evidence of any 'illegal collusion' with the Russians after going on 3 years now of searching.

Let me be clear, I am not saying they did nothing wrong - that has yet to be legally prove in a court of law. I am saying they will never see the inside of a court of law to face these indictment charges Rosenstein has filed.

Rosenstein, however, is defending his actions, of indicting 12 Russians who will never face questioning or a trial for their accused crimes.

"Exposing schemes to the public is an important way to neutralize them," he said. "The American people have a right to know if foreign governments are targeting them with propaganda."

I could not agree more. EXPOSING SCHEMES - such as the Obama administration's Obstruction and protection of Hillary for her crimes, Hillary's illegal use of an unauthorized unencrypted unsecured server containing TOP SECRET classified information that compromised national security, giving Russia 20% of the US supply of Uranium, learning about Russian interference in 2014 and doing nothing about it to stop it - IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT.

There is a difference between EXPOSING schemes / crimes and INDICTING someone for it, though. Rosenstein INSICTED the 12 Russians for their crimes....while he refused / refuses to indict the criminals who perpetrated the other proven crimes mentioned above.

Interesting how Rosenstein chooses to indict the 'criminals' he CAN'T brng to Justice .. and ignores the ones he COULD bring to Justice.

"People who thought they were safely under the protection of foreign governments when they committed crimes against America sometimes later find themselves in federal prisons"

Yeah, good luck with that one. It took over a year to find / capture the 'mastermind' behind 9/11/12, despite the fact that he was pool-side in the Middle East giving interviews to foreign journalists...and when he was finally 'brought to Justice' by the DOJ...he was FREED.

This Indictment of 12 Russians was little more than a PR STUNT by Rosenstein and Mueller. They wanted to show that they do not deserve the same well-deserved criticism Obama got / is getting for finding out about Russian interference in 2014 and doing NOTHING to stop it. Unlike Obama, they want to show they are taking 'serious' steps to hold those who attempted to alter the 2016 election (at least the FOREIGN ones, not Hillary, Obama, the DNC...) accountable.

Congrats! You completely ignored the Obstruction, primary rigging, debate cheating, election fraud, election law violations, campaign finance violations, collusion with and paying foreign spies and Russians for an unverified document used illegally by the DNC candidate and FBI during the 2016 election ... but you successfully indicted 12 Russians who will NEVER be extradited, who will NEVER be questioned, and who will NEVER see the inside of a US courtroom, and who you will NEVER get to convict ... making absolutely ZERO impact on future Russian interventions.

Woohoo!

The Russians under indictment aren't here and have never been here. Their crimes of influence were through social media.
