Rosenstein Announces Worthless Indictments

Rosenstein and Mueller should be embarassed to issue more worthless and useless indictments.

The indictments aren't worthless for a couple reasons.

#1. The U.S. has an extradition arrangement with many of the countries of the world that these guys can no longer go to.
#2. If they have any money in any country the U.S. has an arrangement with, that money can be seized.
#3. It shows the United States isn't fucking around, and won't leave it in the hands of Trump to take this issue up with Putin.
#4. It gives Russian hacker deniers like yourself a bread crumb of things to come that you have been crying for, for AGES.

Even though the indictments clearly spell out how Russia- with direction from the top levels of government- worked for years to undermine American electoral system.
Which one of the many down-ticket dems that lost Rust Belt votes were undermined by the Russians? Or were those platform issues instead?

Just like the last group of worthless indictments, these guys can go anywhere they want They can use any bank they want. The only country they can't go to is this one.

They can extradite their own citizens. How do you think Roman Polanski has been able to hide out in France all these years when we have an extradition treaty with France? Do you think Polanski doesn't use French Banks? Although he probably does get soaked with US taxes.

Do we have an extradition treaty with Switzerland? Marc Rich hid out there until he was pardoned by Clinton.

Why? Because Roman Polanski is in Poland. His case is also for something totally different than this one. You should read more about the case before trying to compare the two.

The judge ordered Mueller to comply. Mueller did nothing and is apparently looking under the bed for more Russians.

Judge rejects Mueller's request for delay in Russian troll farm case

That was May- this was what happened in June

U.S. judge bars evidence-sharing with ‘Putin’s chef’ in Mueller probe of Russian election interference

A federal judge has approved a request to tightly control how evidence is shared with a Russian company accused of funding an Internet trolling operation to mislead American voters in the 2016 election.

The dispute over how to protect sensitive materials from disclosure had threatened to stall prosecution of the sole defendant to appear in court to face charges in the indictment of Russian entities under special counsel Robert S. Mueller III.

U.S. District Judge Dabney L. Friedrich of the District of Columbia said Friday that federal prosecutors gave “ample good cause” that identifying sources in the probe could tip off Russian intelligence and other foreign services to ongoing national security investigations and undermine efforts to protect future elections from similar interference.

Friedrich barred the U.S.-based attorneys for Concord Management and Consulting, which was indicted in February along with 13 Russian individuals and two other companies from sharing sensitive case materials from any foreign national without court approval.

Concord denies the allegations, and its attorneys said it was critical that their defense strategy include co-defendant Yevgeniy Viktorovich Prigozhin, a catering magnate known as “Putin’s chef” because of his ties to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Prigozhin and Concord were hit with U.S. sanctions over Russia’s occupation of Crimea and military actions in Ukraine in 2016, and they were hit again this March based on “malicious cyber-enabled activities.”

In a seven-page opinion, Friedrich ruled, “Concord’s right to prepare and present a full defense at trial does not depend on Prigozhin having access to sensitive discovery materials, at least not at this early stage of the prosecution.”

I have no idea how you think that makes the Indictments against Russia and the Russians worthless.

Did Russia manage to sway the election? We will never know. Personally I think Comey did far more to change the election results than Russia- but we will never know.

Are you embarrassed by your naked rout from your claim that muellers indictments have been dropped?
Nope because those indictments are dead.

And by 'dead' you clearly mean- still in court

Actual votes being changed or not does not matter.
How did they change votes?
Not a single vote was changed!!!!!

THE SOVIETS DID NOT INTERFERE WITH THE 2016 ELECTIONS!

They DID interfere with the DNC campaigns as the Dims were too stupid to properly protect their computers. The RNCs were heavily protected and the Russians couldn't crack them.

Yup. that's it in a nutshell.

Oh and Barry was POTUS. Trump was a candidate for POTUS. He had no power at all. Barry is the one they should be asking questions.

What is going to force the 12 Russians to show up in an American court? But, here’s the part the media won’t report:

The indictment does not allege that Trump campaign associates were involved in the hacking efforts or that any American was knowingly in contact with Russian intelligence officers.

The indictment also does not allege that any vote tallies were altered by hacking.

In other words, the entire Mueller investigation is a farce and has no reason to continue.

Consider the timing, the pieces of shits Rosenstein and Mueller (and co.) did this to put Trump in a box, two days before he was supposed to meet with Putin. It was a trap and from the looks of it, it worked. Drain the fucking swamp!
