From the summary:
First off, who is "Rooney"?
He talks about cutting taxes but not gov't spending. No diff than Obama or Bush.
Directs Congress to "find savings". Vague directions are easy to change later. Plus I don't think anyone other than Ron Paul has the guts to fight it out with Congress, no matter which party may control it.
Then he talks about changes to Congressional procedures that are written into the Constitution. And a mere 51 vote majority to pass bills? If you think we live under Tyranny NOW...
Oil and Gas exploration - Good!
Nothing about the Federal Reserve or Bailouts or Too Big to Fail.
Finally, gov't jobs programs for all the jobs that were shipped overseas during NAFTA, GATT and the treaties Obama just signed with 3 more countries. Does he expect us to go live there too?
No plan to get those jobs back.
