Ronald Reagan signed an Act of Congress granting amnesty to over 2 million illegal immigrants in 1986. Before everything was said and done amnesty was granted to nearly 6 million under that act. By now that number has multiplied and resulted in about 15 million Hispanics who would never have been here if the law had been enforced. Now all we can hear from the base of the Right is reinforce the fence and shoot 'em down like dawgs.
