Ron Paul is a real Conservative who just wants to bring real Conservative principles back to his Party. The Neocons who currently control the Party really should listen to and respect Ron Paul more. They have treated the man incredibly poorly over the years. So much bad Karma built up with that. Obama and the Democrats are going to anihilate Romney/Gingrich in 2012. Hopefully that will herald the end of Neocon-rule in the Republican Party once and for all. It's gonna be a real blood-bath on Election Day. I will be a bit sad but in some ways not too much. Big changes are needed in the Party.

GOP party bosses already know they’re going to lose in 2012, it will have no serious effect; they’re planning for 2016 when they’re guaranteed a win – they just need to make sure everyone gets behind Christie (heaven knows there’s enough room…).

Starting in 2017, with a new republican administration, it will be back to business as usual: everything you hate about republican administrations and more.

Paul will be 80 in 2016 – this is his last failed run for the Oval.
