Comment: You don't think the powers that brought Hitler to power and the communists are in charge? well...sorry our founders warned us. There is nothing new under the sun.

If all of America was educated and intelligent they would vote for Paul. This election is a litmus test on American stupidity. Only one candidate supports liberty...yet the people don't understand what that means. Destruction is our fate, just like Rome.

Now maybe the owner of this amendment will step forward to defend it or maybe not, probably going to get killed in committee.

Ron Paul is 100 percent correct on this matter.

Couple technical points. The first video says it is over 6 minutes, but half of it is nothing but blackness.

The second video has a cut in Romney's response. Therefore, I don't trust its accuracy.

Santorum, on the other hand, blew himself out of his own ass once again. He said American citizens get to go to court for a hearing to justify their indefinite detention without trial and that non-citizens don't.

He's wrong. Both citizens and non-citizens are treated exactly the same. The Supreme Court has ruled that non-citizens must also be brought before a judge.

Ron Paul is absolutley correct to question these assholes' lack of faith in the American judicial system.
