More than likely the next guy in Egypt will take the money and keep the same arrangement going with the US as far as Israel, unless some bat shit crazy Mullah takes over the show.

We give $4.7 billion to Israel and Egypt, they get 1/3 the total. so we end up giving away almost $15Billion a year.
