Ron Paul and Newt need to get out of the race

I think the proof of the damage is in the polls.

Prior to the primaries Obama couldn't beat a generic republican. Now, despite the economy, were struggling to stay even with a named republican.


This process has killed our cause.

The generic candidate always fairs better in early polls against an incumbant than a named candidate. Why? Because people imagine the generic candidate as their ideal person and no real person can live up to the imagination.

Believe me, when November comes around, it doesnt matter who is on the ticket, they will be beat Obama.
