Romney vs Obama, who is really tough?

Romney seems to be full of tough talk. Obama takes the tough actions. He rid the world of Bin Laden and most of the leaders of Bin Laden's terrorist organization. In fact one of the present leaders is virtually suing for peace. And Romney talks tough. It is easy to talk tough, harder to be in a position of power and take actions that are tough.
