Romney divided the white board into two columns, one for his plan and one for Obama's. Under his column, he wrote "no change." Under Obama's, he wrote in the $716 billion in cuts he has been attacking Obama over since Paul Ryan joined his ticket over the weekend.

He's promising to expand government spending.
