The race for Ohio’s Electoral College votes remains very close, but now Mitt Romney now has a two-point advantage.

The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of Likely Ohio Voters shows Romney with 50% support to President Obama’s 48%. One percent (1%) likes some other candidate, while another one percent (1%) remains undecided.

This is still a statistical tie and it's still anybody's race, but the trends do seem to be favoring Romney with a little over a week left. This is what I was expecting to happen. We'll see if it continues.

The swing state vote in general has been trending Romney.

Except that isn't the case. VA, IA, CO and NH have all been swinging back to Obama in recent polling.

That's according to democrat pollsters. And, even then obama can't get beyond the margin of error. The trend is away from obama and there isn't enough time to get out of the margin of error.
