Thank you for exposing yourself for exactly what you are.
A flaming hypocrite.
If a Democrat Governor did this - you would have the opposite tone.
Showing that you are not at all interested in what is right or wrong - just left or right.

while i agree walker is pretty awful... well, beyond awful... it's probably not a good idea to take on the wingers when they actually do something right.

Well?

I applaud Walker for signing the bill.

I'm more interested in making the right wing loons here look (more) foolish. Because now after 6 years of bitching about the government telling them what to do....they say it's tyranny, that it's communist, that it's socialist, that it's abuse of power, and divisive....now they have to defend a GOP governor doing the same thing.

Man...that's gotta hurt.

Then it's ammo for later on....
Anything that fractures the GOP is a net positive for the nation. This can't help but further fracture an already dysfunctional Party.

Well?

No one is telling anyone what kind of soap they can or cannot use.
The bill will ban companies from using micro plastic balls in soap that water plants cannot process out, therefore the balls are getting into natural waterways/oceans.
It isn't about people using soap. It is about stopping corporations from using a hazardous alternative because it is cheaper than natural exfoliates.
It has absolutely zero to do with consumers. At all. Period.

Lame, if a dimwitted left loon did this they would be a hero for saving the environment. LOL

Apparently, the trick is to elect Republicans that fall under the influence of liberalism.

Or, Libertarians with green thumbs...:eusa_whistle:

Pot meet kettle.

Obviously this will be passed along at a higher costs to consumers since now Liberal Walker is telling Big Business they have to spend more. It'll probably cost a lot of people jobs too of course.

At least in every other instance of government regulation ever brought into this forum, that is exactly what right wing loons have said. Amazingly, when Liberal Walker signs the bill, it's for all the right reasons and there is no downside.

See jillian, it took 8 responses to get a hypocrite to rush to Walker's defense.

Before the Bill passed, what was the problem, in general?

It was a problem of ecological damage(by humans) versus the availability of a consumer good.

The solution was to outlaw the consumer good to reduce the ecological damage.

So it does have something to do with consumers of that good. Their choice of washes containing microbeads is taken away--in order to aid and protect the ecology.

That is not free market capitalism, that is some form of green socialism!! A Central government enforced green socialist policy that you are justifying!

So, comrade, how do you feel about Bernie Sanders? o_O

Just like when liberal executives or legislatures pass laws that protect the environment or reduce pollution, except this time you're okay with it because it's a GOP bill. You see what she's getting at now?
