A Rockingham mother allegedly bashed by a gang of intoxicated and out of control men outside a busy nightclub, fears she could lose an eye.
Richelle, who requested not to publish her surname, claimed attackers turned on her when she stepped in to protect a stranger who was beaten unconscious at 3.30am on Sunday.
“They just started... attacking me. You're not men. And you're not brave. And you're probably actually not human,” she said about her a selfless decision to save the life of a stranger.
Punch after punch pounded the mother's face and body outside Liquid Nightclub in Rockingham, where she was helping her daughter Erin celebrate her 22nd birthday.
The special needs worker has been told that if the swelling on her eye doesn't go down, it will have to be removed.
