Oh hell yea! Johnny Lang is legend.. I'm a HUGE blues fan.. jazz. My favorite is Billie Holiday but I loveeeeeeeeeeee Johnny Lang.

I have "The Complete Billy Holiday" (Verve); everything Lady Day ever recorded 1945 to 1959 on 10 CD's. There are a lot of false starts and a few drunken ramblings and live recordings of poor quality, but the studio recordings are worth wading through the less than stellar "stuff"

You're my kinda guy.. I don't know that I have all of them? Would love to tho.. I think some times the raspy bad recordings make for a more genuine sound to her voice.. it reminds me of Blues in the rain.. I have a huge bathtub/ kinda like a hot tub, and each night I light a candle and turn on Billie Holiday.. always..

I had never even heard of Joe Bonamassa until I saw Black Country Communion on Paladia about 8 or 10 months ago.

The guy has some serious chops, and can sing the blues like a mo-fo too.
