Hollywood (USA) movies such as "Maniac Cop" (1988) and "Gangs of New York" (2002) speak to a modern age anxiety about traffic-related hysteria.
Maybe we need more praise for crime-camera TV shows such as "Cops" (Barbour/Langley Productions) and violence-carpentry movies such as "Game of Death" (1972).
Propaganda is at least as important as governance.
