Riots and Civil Disobedience

With the most recent event in Baltimore:
1 000 Black Baltimore Rioters Smash Police Cars Local Businesses in Frenzied Protest
Could this change the way police control crowds? Maybe SWAT teams should be armed with tranquilizer rounds to take down offenders. Since in these types of instances the ones who are causing the chaos are found to be from out of town. There obviously needs to be something done to stop this behavior and the looting which occurs during these incidents. Or will America have to do what other countries have had to do to stop the violence and use targeted airstrikes within it's own borders?

Civil disobedience is spitting at cops, etc. Rioting is verbally working a crowd up to throw bottles, etc. at police and destroying autos and setting fires. Looting is looting. Anymore stupid questions or posts you need answered should go to another site where the folks like more of your type.

Theres nothing "civil" about spitting on a cop. Thats an assault. In some states...aggravated assault bc of bodily fluids.

In my opinion...if a person spits on a cop....the cop should be allowed to smash their teeth out.

it is called arming your employees and standing guard in the doors of your stores......that worked for the looters in Ferguson...the businesses with visible, armed guards weren't looted.....

Whether civil disobedience or rioting, all persons in the United States are entitled to due process of the law.

Shooting people posing a threat is not lawless. It is in fact the law.
We are seeing more of these incidents because the Holder Justice Dept has cowed police departments from taking appropriate actions. I notice that these incidents dont occur in Atlanta, Miami, or Dallas. Could it be the large number of armed law abiding citizens in those places?
