I'm posting this here because the description to this section says, 'Religion, philosophy and the discussion of right and wrong.'

I was looking to see if any other sections had the LGBT rights and concerns but didn't find it ..

To begin.. The LGBT letters stand for lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans(gender)(sexual).

And most of adults know what lesbianism is as well as 'gay' as well as bisexual as well as trans(gender and sexual).

But many may not know about this. The group known as MSM.

It isn't main stream media.

Men who have sex with men (MSM), also known as males who have sex with males, are male persons who engage in sexual activity with members of the same sex, regardless of how they identify themselves; many such men do not sexually identify as gay, homosexual or bisexual.[1]

The term was created in the 1990s by epidemiologists to study the spread of disease among men who have sex with men, regardless of identity.[1] The term MSM is often used in medical literature and social research to describe such men as a group for research studies without considering issues of self-identification.

KEY POINTS:

  • There are biological, behavioural and legal factors which put men who have sex with men 24 times more at risk of HIV compared with the general population.
Globally, men who have sex with men (sometimes referred to as MSM) are 24 times more likely to be living with HIV than the general population.1 New diagnoses among this group are increasing in some regions - with a 17% rise in Western and Central Europe and a rise of 8% in North America between 2010 and 2014.

In 2015, men who have sex with men made up 68% of new HIV infections in North America

If even in the US many men who engage in sex with other men do not identify themselves in the gay, bisexual or trans sub groups, then into which 'group' or 'sub group' are they within?

#1: Obviously their sex is not part of their identity.
#2: They are not 'contained' in any 1 sexual preference.
#3: They don't mind having sex with males on a non 'gay' level.

The subject of straight-identifying men who have sex with other men is a fascinating one, in that it shines a light on some extremely potent, personal concepts pertaining to identity and sexuality and one’s place in society.
They interpret that they are exclusively or primarily attracted to women, and many also conclude that they have no sexual attraction to men in spite of their desire to have sex with men.
They define sexual attraction as a combination of physical and emotional attraction, and they assess that their interest in women includes both, while their interest in men is purely or mainly sexual, not romantic or emotional.

They have no sexual attraction to men but have a desire to have sex with men....

Sex and drugs have been used together for as long as there have been both. Some drugs can enhance sex. Others, however, are highly dangerous and should be avoided. We take a look at the good, the bad, and the ugly.

This sounds like a loaded question. However, drugs have been used to enhance sexuality for as long as there has been sex and drugs. That said, there is obviously a large area for abuse. If you are going to use any mind-altering substance during intercourse, use them responsibly. Make sure your partner is aware of the same. Practice safe sex. And most of all, err on the side of moderation.
What Are The Best Drugs To Have Sex On? - Zamnesia Blog

How can 'drugs' alter your mind and perception to the reality and necessity of things pertaining to life, other lifes and living?

'Sex roulette' parties where one person secretly has HIV are on the rise, doctors warn

Extreme ' sex roulette ' parties - where one person secretly has HIV and no one is allowed to wear a condom - are on the rise, doctors have warned.

The risky orgies are usually attended by gay men and offer the so-called 'thrill' of not knowing whether or not you will be infected .

Doctors in Barcelona have seen a rise in the number of such parties, which they claim is a sign that people have "lost respect" for HIV.

Dr Josep Mallolas of Hospital Clinic Barcelona told el Periodico : "There is everything: sex roulette parties, or sex parties you can only attend if you already have HIV."

He added that some of the events are known as 'blue' parties because attendees take anti-viral drugs to reduce the risk of transmitting the virus.

'Sex roulette' parties where one person secretly has HIV are on the rise

Last year, a Serbian stripper called Tijana claimed the parties originated in Serbia – and were named Serbian sex roulette, after Russian roulette, Metro reported.

Speaking last year, she told Serbian newspaper Telegraf: "I can see that everyone is talking about sex parties now, but in fact they have been common for a long time even here in Serbia.

"In fact what really shocked me was this bizarre variation that seems popular for extreme sex.

"People who turn up for the party wear masks, and one of them has HIV.

"The wealthy organise these sex parties for other rich people. The real kick for these people is apparently the risk that they might be the one having sex with the HIV-infected partner."

And so the sub group of MSM, or males who have sex with males, really might not need to be in the 'gay' category of LGBT.

So IF drugs promote unsafe sexual practices, what US States has high numbers in residents using those drugs?

In 2010 The US had a population of :

308,143,815

with 8.11% being drug users.

The States above the 10 percent mark were:

Alaska
Colorado
Montana
New Hampshire
New Mexico
Oregon
Rhode Island
Vermont
Drugs in the United States - Wikipedia

World Wide, the US supposedly has the highest percentage of drug users per captia.

The ones in the 9 percent mark were:

California
Delaware
Hawaii
Maine
Nevada
New York
Washington

Followed by those in the 8 percent :

Arizona
Connecticut
Idaho
Indiana
Kentucky
Massachusetts
Michigan
Minnesota
North Carolina
Oklahoma
Wisconsin

The rest were under the 8 percent.

So yes, The US Constitution does give freedom and rights to individuals who are US citizens as well as some to non US citizens...

But the US Constitution gives those same rights to every US Citizen...

It is the right of any citizen to be safe and to be provided for by Constitutional Rights to live and pursue the happiness and Liberty and Life that the Declaration of Independence spelled out. But my pursuit should not interfere with your pursuit nor should your pursuit interfere with my pursuit, if our goals and aims are contrary with one another.

Noone FORCED me to recite a prayer before purchasing a can of soda.. And so I do not FORCE anyone to raise arms to 'heil hitler' before getting on public transportation.

It isn't about 'personal' choices to self that is negative to ALL, it's the violence and disrupting of other's personal choices to self that is negative to ALL.

And how else would any Leader expect the residents to live and survive within if there are so many violent and disrupting ones among them? It is fearful just to say 'hello' to strangers now days.

It is a form of 'segregation'.

The sad part is in knowing that Grade schools are not doing too much as far as 'bullying' and their own inner 'segregations' occurring within them.

There are subgroups which are against US Government. California has sought independence from US Government is a current example. Another past example would be how Hawaii sought independence from the US Government as well, although this agenda has not made 'news' lately.

For these States to desire independence is their right. But with every other 'legal' issue and pursuit, there are 'legal' guidelines that needs to be followed, the 'red tape'. Following this red tape, taking it up Supreme Court level, could in fact have some Laws changed on their behalf just as was seen in the Obergefell -vs- Hodges Supreme Court Case.

If nothing is being actively and legally pursued, then all the talk and all the sensation is nothing but a passing idea on a whimsical person's mind. And such persons whose ideas they stand and fight for without the pursuing of Legality, are dangerous and could be seen as 'terroristic' in their attempt to force a certain agenda rather than obtaining their goaled agenda, Legally.

The past recent occurrence with the telescope proposal on the Mountain of Mauna Kea on the Big Island of Hawaii has been sitting, so this article says, since last year sometime.

https://www.usnews.com/news/best-st...ision-delayed-for-mauna-kea-telescope-project

April 18, 2018

I had thought that the project had been called off but it seems that it might not have.

However, the question is not about the length of proposal more so than the idea of 'telescope' verses people's choice.

The indigenous of the islands, those with over a certain percentage of blood that can be traced back within the islands for a certain number of generations, have tried to keep their natural mountain natural. The Commissions and Boards who do not have such indigenous blood say such ideas is wrong and unnecessary.

And so a struggle occurs between those who say, claim, prove they have indigenous blood to those who say, claim, prove they do not have indigenous blood.

However, the population of the Big Island, or Hawaii, is 186,738 in 2011.

Although the telescope can bring revenue to the State of Hawaii as a whole, some residents on The Big Island might desire 'home' over 'revenue'.

As of the census [40] of 2010, the island had a resident population of 185,079. There were 64,382 households in the county. The population density was 17.7/km2 (45.9/mi2). There were 82,324 housing units at an average density of 8/km2 (20/mi2). The racial makeup of the county was 34.5% White, 0.7% African American, 22.6% Asian, 12.4% Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander, and 29.2% from two or more races; 11.8% of the population were Hispanics or Latinos of any race.

There were 64,382 households.

The age distribution was 26.1% under 18,
8.2% from 18 to 24,
26.2% from 25 to 44,
26.0% from 45 to 64,
and 13.5% who were 65 or older.

The median age was 39 years. For every 100 females, there were 100 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 98 males

Do I desire to see the Indigenous receive fair rights and representation even with the low population numbers? Of course.

Can something be done about their concerns? Of course.

Fine.. But are they okay to live with or be around?

Let me rephrase the question... Is it okay for your children to live with or be around? Or another group of children to live with or be around??? How about the Elderly then? Is it okay for the retired and elderly to live with or be around?

How would you feel if your parents and/or grandparents were in the middle of these sub groups?

Why even lie to the supporting Tax Payers who keep such 'places' of visitations up and running if they are not even comfortable in their own City or County or State?

This might not apply to the 'sub groups' but why 'cruise' around the streets if you are not employed and/or paying for the upkeep of those streets?

Those that have retired from work have already upkept the streets.

The children will be the ones who will be upkeeping the streets after the present working adults retire themselves. Unless you don't mind having the streets upkept by a possible foreign Country or other Countried citizened persons.

Personal choices.. for self that will effect others. In the previous Generation(s) and in the future Generation(s).

Are those lifes or the lives of other 'small populated' sub groups that important that they should not have to 'give' or 'sacrifice' a little for the Well Being of All? And is it REALLY because to 'offend' them is 'wrong'?

But for those small numbered 'sub groups', they can get what they are seeking if they use their minds to 'legally' pursue their aimed goal. Not for Gentrification of others not aligned with their ideas but Peaceful, legal ways to live the lifestyle they desire without having to infringe upon other's rights.

About an hour south of Las Vegas is the tiny town of Cal-Nev-Ari, Nevada. Population: 375. It looks like many other desert communities that dot the Mojave Desert, but this one is different: It has a "For Sale" sign on it -- the whole thing. Mark Albert asked the town's owner why she's selling.

Consider it, Independently Run and Operated.

Select personalized residents. Organize and run jobs and facilities. Elect a Town or City Mayor. Run the fire department. Hire whom is desired. Open jobs. Set real estate prices. Open private businesses... etc... have your own telephone area code...

Isn't it nice trying to 'help' others instead of trying to 'drag down'? Real tangible substance possibilities.. Not worded ideas.

The manufacturing of 'condoms' and 'contraceptives' was aimed to/for this purpose. Many have already abandoned the idea and are seeking new 'inventions' or ideas.

Ecclesiastes 7:9 "Lo, this only have I found, that God hath made man upright; but they have sought out many inventions."

Why seek to be around other 'stiff necked' persons?
