Rick Scott Hates Health Care Reform, But Will Take The $35 Million It Provides

If you don't want the states to take the money given to them there are two obvious ways to get them to stop:

1) Don't give them money to begin with.
2) Don't force them to spend money they don't want to spend.

The problem, of course, is over intrusive federal government that refuses to keep itself in the restraints of the Constitution.

Stop being such a hypocrite to object to states taking money to give them and have already forced them to spend.

3. Don't Give them oney to get them onboard...then not FUND it afterward.

It's like what Clinton did in the 90's Talk a big game FUND cops...then fail to fund them after a year or two...so the States/Municipalities are left holding the bag...

Unfunded Mandates...
