I have long believed that a tiered welfare program that rewarded successful progress could end welfare. It's no surprise that people empowered by the stagnant poverty system are horrified by that idea.

All moot, as a convicted felon can't run for President. Which is likely to be the case with the 2 indictments hanging over Perry's head.
