Democrats have been "helping" blacks for 50 years and the results are blacks are poorer, worse educated, and more disenfranchised and angry than ever before.
Quit helping them.

What have Republicans done for blacks in the last 50 years other than build more prisons?

Treated them like adults. Welcomed them on equal terms into their party instead of sticking them on a Democratic plantation. Passed the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Introduced school choice and vouchers to get black kids out of failing inner city schools.
Just to name a few. Imagine if we could get Chicago, Detroit, LA, NY and Philadelphia to vote in Republicans. There would be virtually no poverty! Of course there would be virtually no Democratic voters either, so Dems cant have that.

By claiming they are on a plantation, that they only want "free stuff"?

By claiming that Democrats put them there and promise free stuff.
Remind me what Democrats have done for blacks. Black average income is lower in the last 8 years. Black household wealth is lower after 8 years. Black teenaged unemployment is higher after 8 years. The gap between black and white employment is higher after 8 years.

Democrats have a great scam going.

They have a welfare plantation where they keep their Negro slaves.

Of course on this plantation the slaves don't have to pick cotton or anything. All they have to do is go out occasionally and vote for somebody with a "D" by the name. In turn they don't have to pay much taxes, they get welfare, food stamps, housing subsidies, fuel subsidies, Obamaphones and now even healthcare insurance subsidies, all paid for by somebody else, usually Republicans.

Of course the down side is that they stay in poverty, have high crime, abort their children and pretty much have no real future in a debt ridden low economic growth country thanks to their slave masters.
