Rich or Poor... and is it YOUR FAULT?

It appears that this board has a few that argue some very socialistic points. They feel that redistribution of wealth is warranted in certain circumstances.

So, if you are well off, how did you get there, and do you feel it would/is right for the government to FORCIBLY take your earnings to give to the poor?

If you're poor, is it because that getting off your fat ass is something as alien to you as a job, or is there some other looming circumstance that is prohibiting you from accomplishing your full potential?

Why are you where you're at?

If you don't LIKE where you're at, WHAT'S STOPPING YOU FROM CHANGING IT?

I'm not rich but I'm not poor I'm right in the middle..I work and plus I go to school the reason I'm not rich yet is because there are so few rich old guys who are not married or I haven't found them yet..You the guys who have one foot in the grave and the other one on a banana peel... But i'm working my way up to becoming rich if I don't spend it all first..:cof:

A thought just occured to me. arent the people whining about the rich and poor also the ones trying to convince us that money doesnt matter that much? wonder why

I've also known some people that we're far from well off, but would give you the shirt off their back, and people that were well off, that would pinch a nickel so hard the buffalo would shit.
