Review: Brightburn

Not too bad, worth the $5 stream rent.
The premise of the movie is simple... take the childhood story of Superman, except consider what it would be like if he was... not so nice.
It won't knock your socks off. It will not amaze you.But it will entertain you.

Great premise, poorly executed. Uneven. There are scenes that show what a transcendent horror film it could have been.

Too scattered, no character development. Would have been better as a linear film.

I agree. Thus the "it won't knock your socks off..."
I liked the premise/idea of the movie. Just wished perhaps a better director etc. could have done it better.
