How is it spreading hate to acknowledge that the studies don't support that theory? Saying that it's a choice and not genetic is in no way hateful of homosexuals. It's just different than your take. I think you must have some ego issues, if you think that anyone who disagrees with you is hateful.

I never blamed any victim of domestic violence. That was all in your head, because you made that assumption based upon my educated understanding that victims can make poor choices which increase their risk of being victimized. I know this because I've worked with survivors closely, and one of the things we try to teach them is how to make good choices to lower their risk of victimization. Your willingness to make obnoxious comments asking me what I did to cause my own victimization pretty much obliterates any claims to sympathy you say you have for victims.

And the connection you've made between my belief that homosexuality is a choice, and your belief that anyone who thinks that must not know any gays is so faulty I don't even know where to begin. It isn't evidence of my hatred toward homosexuals, it's evidence of your own hatred towards those who don't share your opinions.

And, P.S.: I've worked with homosexuals, I've advocated for them professionally, and I've even known a few in my private life.

I offer this test often to those who think homosexuality is a choice. Try switch hitting. Sometime this week or next, make the choice to be gay. You don't have to kiss or anything, just check out the men and let us know how it goes for you. If you google 'handsome men,' you can get a start on your new sexuality choice. Boy, that guy is cute, huh! Try it you'll like it.
