Point system still isn't clear to me yet.
I have 493 post
92 points
and 1 rep power

I see members on here with 200 + posts that have more rep power than me.
How does this work??? I also tried to give Sandy some points today but
the box you click on for post approval was missing from her posts....all of them.

Your reputation power is is kind of complicated, but here goes:

All users start off with a rep of +10.

For every 365 number of days, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.

For every 1000 number of posts, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.

For every 100 points of reputation, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.

Users can only give 20 reputation clicks in any 24 hour period.

You must give reputation points to 5 users minimum before hitting the same user again.

And yes, these scales can be changed. Any reasonable requests?

I think it's fine as is. Not everyone needs to have rep powers of 15 or 20.
