The rightwing - at the risk of not sounding like hypocrites for being libertarians - will say “people can be gay. Just don’t shove it down my throat!”

Is whenever they see it. If it’s in the media or if it’s simply two gay people holding hands in public, they throw tantrums. These are of course people who never matured past junior high so they just can’t accept it anywhere. People being different frightens them! They’ll often use exposure to kids as an excuse to whine about it. But the truth is that kids aren’t at all affected by it.

They just find it gross.

And I agree. Seeing two guys make out is gross to me as a heterosexual man. I, however, respect their right to do it because they are human beings just like me. That’s what being a libertarian is all about folks.

I think of Christmas as a time when they’re hypocrisy really shows. They insist on decorations fucking everywhere and throw tantrums when some non Christian complains. Can they really not handle an occasional gay PDA or pride parade? Look away. It’s not hard. No one is going to coddle your selfish bigotry.

To tell you the truth, a lot of Republicans tolerate the Left way too much, the Left dominates Hollywood, media, and academia (Brainwashing tools) and the Left is now censoring the internet only of Right-Wing opinion s on places like Twitter, Facebook, and Youtube, and most Republicans still think it's their Capitalist freedom.

Now try to convince the Republicans that they should assert themselves, and shut down Leftists, a very hard task overwhelmingly.
