No he's not. He's not sure who wrote this. Nobody on this site is. That's the point. It was irony as somebody posted the same article and said it was Dems who supported this idea of carbon credits as population control. Since nobody seems to know what party the guy who wrote this is from... and he's in no way a political official who's written a bill or measurement to the congress or any other legislative body... we can ultimetly assume on thing.... neither party is currently supporting population control.
