They were yelling "Seat them now" not "go back home". It had nothing to do with her being puerto rican. It was other delegates pissed off that they didn't seat the Main delegates.

The Rep House caused the debt downgrade by being so obstructionist, just so the US would get a downgrade and they could blame it on Obama. Even John Boehner was pulling his hair out.
