Republicans refuse to stand for ANYTHING!

How about apple pie? Do Republicans back that too? How about smiles and sunny days?

We believe that people need to make their own apple pies. or purchase them on the free market. Government should not be involved.

Biggest mistake GOP has made was not offering ANY other health care proposals. That is going to cost them dearly.
More and more I have been wrong about the T party. They were right. They have NOT said a word about any of the catch phrase nonsense non issue BS like abortion, gay marriage and other moral police issues. They are focused on TAXES and SPENDING.
And GOP has sat around with their thumbs up their ass.

Do some research. They actually had a plan and posted it. They were good ideas that would have opened the market greatly. My objection was that they had never followed up before on any of those ideas so to me there was a credibility gap. One which again they aren't following up on and making those proposals in the house.

BTW, while Obama and gang were saying the Republicans didn't have a plan and the media was asking for their plan, the Democratic plan linked to it. They attacked it as not being socialist, but the media enforced, "where's your plan you don't have one" lie was working and the media picked it up and pounded it so they didn't address it that way in the media.

The media in this country is so brain dead liberal. But with your political activism I'm at a loss as to how you never realized they had one. I'm sure Republicans at the time on this board or whatever boards you posted on were referring to their plan and that the media was ignoring it and yet you continue to repeat this lie. You like socialism over free markets, fine. Argue that, but stop repeating the lie they didn't have one.

We have been operating this way for 200+ years. It is certainly possible to pass legislation when the other party controls the Senate and the White House
All it takes is something called bipartisanship and compromise

Where is the Republican bill? If you want it to pass the Senate, you have to be willing to work with the Senate. That is the way our form of Government works

1. A resolution? LOL, that is not shit Ollie. Conduct hearings? Publicity stunts just like the Democrats.
2. Tort reform is a joke and everyone knows it. More caving into the insurance lobby. Do you want to give away your rights? Do you have immunity from your negligence Ollie?
3.Health insurance across state lines? See #2. Insurance lobby has already penned that one up.
4. HSAs? I have one and am getting rid of it. Why? Too many rules and regulations that it raises premiums 30%+. So many add ons in that legislation that it is not worth the tax advantage. And how does a HSA help someone with NO $$$ to fund it??
5. Pre-existing coverage. I OPPOSE IT!!!!!! Can you go buy fire insurance AFTER your home burns down? Terrible liberal legislation. Cave in to the liberals by GOP same as Bush Senior Dope Plan.
