About half of these bonuses are overseas - this lame ass attempt at political posturing by the Democrats regarding an issue they themselves were complicit in, via an unconstitutional use of the tax code, is yet more evidence the DC political winds are blowing everything to hell.

They are politicians... tonight they might be saying no F'ing way, but when it comes to voting for it, there will be some reason that they have to "bite the bullet" and vote for it before they vote against it in order to actually vote for it. Ain't that how it works?
