Here's the deal. Democrats register everyone they find or dig up. Cruise the cemeteries or for $10 get a drunk to just sign on the dotted line. Most of these people have no intention of voting or they have no idea of the political process or they are dead or are illegally in the Country. It used to be easy for activists to show up on election day in a dozen polling places and vote in place of the dead or the deadbeats who were (legally) registered. If activists have to show I.D. in every polling place for every vote the fraud becomes far too difficult. Ever wonder why democrats are against voter I.D.?

Voter registration deadline limit ruled unconstitutional

The Republican-sponsored law, passed during last year's legislative session, requires voter registrations turned in by third parties to be received by the supervisor of elections no more than 48 hours after they were signed by the voter.

Hinkle today overturned that portion of Florida’s new election law that called for the deadline saying it is likely unconstitutional.

Deirdre Macnab, the president of the League of Women Voters of Florida, said the group wants to study the ruling before deciding whether to resume registration efforts. The ruling did not block other parts of the third-party voter registration section.
