SAN FRANCISCO—Police say a veteran San Francisco gay rights advocate had images of children as young as a year-old engaging in sex acts with adults.
The San Francisco Chronicle ( S.F. gay rights advocate arrested over child porn - SFGate) says 66-year-old Larry Brinkin has been arrested and booked for investigation of felony possession of child pornography.

Charges could be filed as early as Tuesday.

Brinkin worked for the San Francisco Human Rights Commission before his retirement in 2010.

Investigators say Brinkin had pornographic images on email attachments that appear to show infants and toddlers being sodomized and performing oral sex on men.
