Put money in the hands of consumers
All the money you give to consumers by force, such as $15 minimum wage, is negated by the increased cost of production and inflation from all that money circulating. It doesn’t work, it’s simple economics.
Added to that, wages as percentage of GDP is now at 43 percent. In 2000 it was 47%, and in the 60's it was 50%.
Irrelevant. Hey, if you were right we could make everyone earn a million a year. Problem solved right?
The worker is getting a smaller and smaller piece of the pie
It’s irrelevant and your response is even worse. The worker gets his piece of the pie. It’s not the rich’s fault that they make the pie bigger and bigger. You wants bigger piece of the pie? Earn it.

They TAKE a bigger slice of that pie
It is the workers who are baking that pie and seeing a smaller and smaller slice
