Hamas and the Palestinian organizations in Damascus have reportedly rejected the Gaza ceasefire initiative.

"The Palestinian organizations, including Hamas, do not see the Egyptian initiative as the basis for a solution," said Khaled Abdel-Majid of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP). (AFP)

I wonder what the 'basis' of the solution entailed?

What is ynews, btw? A presumably unbiased source of truth?

While few details of the plan have been made public so far, it seems to involve an international force on both sides of the Egyptian-Gaza border to insure there will be no more smuggling and international monitors to prevent - I can't imagine how - more rockets from being fired.

Ynetnews is the English language version of an Israeli news source that seems to publish unbiased news of interest to Israelis. Their breaking news section usually has stories before other sources do. The site clearly divides the news section, which appears to be unbiased from the opinion sections which have an Israeli perspective.
