Rep Power

Is Rep Power directly correlated to rep points? Ratio of rep points to posts? Number of posts? Posts per day? Do the mods tack 'em on or remove them using their own judgement?

Just curious.

I think you get 1 rep power for every 300 rep points you receive, and I *think* for every 1000 posts, too.
