Neocons & Socialists/Progressives agree on most issues. They of course just don't like to admit it though. They're both cheerleading for this NDAA. It gives Big Brother more power & control. Furthermore, he's not a Socialist/Progressive. Brian Moore, the Socialist Party candidate in 2008 said President Obama wasn't a socialist.
The problem for you seems to be that you believe anyone to the left of Ron Paul is socialist.

It's very easy to ridicule and marginalize others when all you know is Government propaganda lies. That's unfortunately the current state of things in this country. Your guys may be in there now so it's less likely you'll criticize big brother. But when the other guys get back in power,you'll begin criticizing again.
In reality,both parties are just a cruel joke being played on the american people. Much more powerful global forces run the show. If Big Brother and the New World Order are so powerful that they can choose who our President is then how come they haven't already taken away all our freedoms? Do you honestly believe that an organization that is that powerful as you make it out to be wouldn't have clamped down on any real threat by now?
