The Japanese have been using White guys in their wedding ceremonies for years. Many Japanese have a traditional Japanese ceremony then follow that up with a traditional Christian White Wedding just for show (Asian gals dream of White Weddings too!). The White guys holds a Bible, reads the vows to the couple who say "I do!". The couple has a nice wedding day, White guy has a nice payday.

No religious training necessary. No harm no foul. I've never been asked to do this but I think my dad, who is a Mormon, would be perfect for it.
