There are plenty of things that are funny about this and needs to be looked at. A CBS reporter stated the report was not finished.

A Los Angeles Times story had a interesting take. It pointed out that John Yoo who was as controversial to the left was given 2 months to reply to a internal review and a decision was rendered 6 months later. McCabe was not allowed to see the report and corroborating evidence until a week ago and was given 4 days to respond. That shows a complete lack of due process.

Again in either case, it looks like this was rushed through to get rid of McCabe. Just because Horowitz was appointed by Obama does not mean he cannot be intimidated.
