Remember, Trump ran on "I am the LAW and ORDER Candidate"!

I misunderstood. What he was saying was:

I am the law

and

I give the orders.

It's all clear now.

It's sad to say, it's the Republicans who are protecting us from him. Sessions, Mueller, Rosenstein and the rest are all Republicans. Democrats have no power.

At least, not until November.

Clearly, Trump doesn't understand how the law works. His so called lawyer never gave him a heads up. Perhaps because he was never actually in court.

Trump said him being investigated is bad for America.

It reminds me of General Bullmoose:

Trump is president and the law doesn't apply to him. He should be able to choose whatever laws he wants to disobey. It's the right thing to do.

That's the most insane thing you've said on the USMB.

What's insane about it? He's president right? He's getting the job done with fewer and fewer people, draining the swamp as they say, and putting it to the liberals. It's only a matter time until it all comes together.

As they spend millions on weekend vacations. 30 thousand dollar dining room sets, hundred thousand dollar doors, first class, enormous security details, private phone booths and the idiots say they are draining the swamp.
That's not what we call draining the swamp. In fact, the last think they heard after "Let them eat cake" was "off with their heads".

You must be talking about the poorest area of the country. Appalachia. Which covers 13 Red States.
Where life expectancy is falling and infant mortality is rising. And Republicans are fixing it by taking away their healthcare. Thank God they vote race. Or they might get Republicans in office who would help them.

At this point I am so sick of you lying scum, that I hope Trump quits and lets the country drop straight into the third world shithole you filth are begging for.

Trump is the businessman-turned-politician who showed how to win a major election (with minority of votes) using LOTS of LIES to manipulate the stupidity of ignorant voters mostly in the "red states" who actually believe in his empty slogan "Make America Great Again" ... excluding South America & other countries in the Americas. His voter base seems to reflect his egocentricity and ethnocentrism; as long as they think they save MONEY. They really don't care about other people's welfare or money, e.g., government executive-level expenses. There are many liberal-politician scum too, however.

It's funny the way people throw those caveats, but liberals do it too.

Like Al Franken? Chased from office.
While Republicans doubled down on Roy Moore.

Is that the same?

And the GOP argument is "Well, if he didn't admit it..................".

This is why you can't compare the two parties. No one is saying the Democrats are perfect, that claim goes to Jesus. The man Republicans claim to worship but are against everything he stands for.
