Louisiana State National Guard has seventeen helicopters with fitheen them in Iraq during Hurricane Katrina as well as their fleet of platoon boats. The hundreds of billions of dollars the United States government spends in the name of national defense goes into the pockets of a very few corporations. At what level does a conflict of interest arise between a person position in private life and a person holding a high-level government position dealing with the company of your former employer.

It happened in New Orleans, the local government didn't make evacuations mandatory, law and order were allowed to deteriorate to the point that New Orleans became a mini-Fallujah. That wasn't the Federal Government's doing, that was the doings of the Democratic governor of Louisianna and the Democratic mayor of New Orleans.

Furthermore, Leftists like you couldn't care less whether all the people of New Orleans drowned like rats, what you people actually care about is that this gives you another opportunity to attack Bush and the war in Iraq.
