Wrong again...No one has ever held the Debt ceiling hostage before. The Baggers are guilty. No one even held the Debt ceiling hostage during the Reagan years when his administation TRIPPLED the national debt. He also increased the Debt ceiling a record 18 times. The GOP should be proud!
