Reid signs off on a deal

We will see if it flys in the Tea Bagger house. The GOP will need Dem support to get this through. Otherwise, The Baggers will have forced the first Default in US History. Listening to the Tea Party Express chairwoman on CNN. She is as clueless as an eight year old.

then you must be seven??

You mean the Democrats have stopped holding this nation hostage?

The real question is how crappy is this deal?

That would be the House holding the Nation hostage, and I’m sure the deal is a bad one for the American people, consequently exactly what the republicans want.

Still unable to hold a grownup debate, I see.

The key this that Obama does not have to even pretend to be leader on this until his one term is over

If Obama is a one term President, let's see if the Baggers hold a repub President hostage.

I almost feel bad cutting up the government credit card.

Almost

But sources in both parties said all sides were close to signing off on the emerging agreement except House Speaker John A. Boehner (R-Ohio). While the reason for the hangup was not immediately clear, the framework has the potential to trigger big cuts in the defense budget. Defense cuts are likely to be problematic for many of the veteran Republicans Boehner will need to push a compromise through the House. A Boehner spokesman did not immediately respond to questions.

It seems this deal is as close as we are going to get to a real compromise. Neither side gets exactly what they want, and yet each gets components of what they want.

We are getting out of two wars. Defense spending should be on the table!

AAAHHH! I see... so the dems sign off on a deal after the obstructionist reps send up 2 bill and they are still the jerks.....thats a great hack.:clap2:

The question will be, "What chance is it that the Baggers throw another wrench into this deal, sending the US into default." If the Dem caucus in the Senate approves it, it will be back in the lap of the House, at which time the master of dramatics, Johnny Boehner, will have to handle the moderately retardedTea baggers.

Never seen so much hate out of one person. Other than common thugs and criminals that is. Oh and of course the occasional tantrum by children who don't get their way.

Somebody, play this in the House until they sign off.
