Alright ya armchair quarterbacks. The government is in your hands, from the Constitution to congress, the IRS to the USMC.

What THREE moves would you make?

here i go then..

1) scrap the nuke power moratorium. play catch-up.

2) crack a balanced budget amendment on the circus, so our monetary policy could be deliberate, instead of consequential, and the clowns' recourse would be to tax or conserve to put on their show. emergency spending would require an Act: real war. real disasters.

3) drop an immigration reform to include disbanding the department of homeland security and the border patrol. place border control on sea and land with the Coast Guard. i respect the coasties greatly. place the former INS in the department of the treasury. charge money to reflect the demand for new work visas, permanent visas and citizenship. immigrant workers or companies hiring imports could pay around $2k/yr. whether you apply for a perm visa, marry into one, or your american-born kids afford you one, it would cost $2k/yr. Citizenship would cost a 1-time fee of $10k. put immigration investigations and inforcement in the department of justice, in the FBI. ENFORCE UNDOCUMENTED WORK AND RESIDENCE

Freeze government spending

Pull out of Iraq and Afghanistan

CUT CUT CUT taxes.

Alright ya armchair quarterbacks. The government is in your hands, from the Constitution to congress, the IRS to the USMC.

What THREE moves would you make?

1)Abolish the Federal Reserve

2)put into place a series of acts designed to increase transparency and allow the public to access financial information regarding for all banks that do business with the public

3) Tell Israel we're tired of dying for them; announce America's new position as neutral regarding the ME religious wars

1) Eliminate socialist inspired entitlement programs across the board
2) Install a simplified equal % tax system on every citizen where every dollar earned is taxed the exact same way for everyone... no exceptions, no loopholes
3) Require 100% congressional and Presidential approval for any spending above the revenue that the government takes in

1) Give the POTUS Line Item Veto power.
2) Strengthen the wording of the Constitution as it concerns to using our military.
3) Enforce our existing immigration laws on individuals as well as businesses.

1. make SS & Medicare solvent
2. pass balanced budget amendment
3. pass term limits
4. pass protectionist laws (eliminating tax breaks for outsourcing)
5. pass laws taxing all bonuses over 2x salary at 95%
6. eliminate short-selling and derivatives (only capital growth and job growth are allowed)
7. pass tax incentives for buying American and building in America
8. stop all tax breaks off-shore (like Puerto Rico, etc)
9. kill Cap+Trade, make the US self-sufficient with low electric rates (build more nukes)
10. drill off-shore and in ANWR (drill baby drill)
11. pass very stringent MPG requirements, and tax incentives for hybrids, CNG, electric, etc cars (do thorough analysis to find best fuels)
12. pass laws promoting public trans systems including new high-speed rail systems.
13. pass laws deporting illegals, and stopping more ME folks from coming in.
14. Go after off-shore tax cheats

Make the federal government responsible for defending our borders and maintaining a currency supply. Remove all other duties and responsibilities from the federal government until they achieve these two things. Then, and only then allow the federal government only those powers as stated in the constitution and it's amendments.
Repeal the 17th amendment. Restore the election of senators to the state assemblies. This would return much power to the states, and by association restore lost personal freedoms. This would also all but eliminate unfunded mandates forced on the states by the federal government.
Eliminate all taxes except on sales.
I could go on....

1. Ban all paid lobbyists.
2. Make each bill on one subject only. No throwing in starving children or abortion to kill or pass something else.
3. Balanced budget ammendment.

1. Term limits for Congressmen. Two terms max. Only can serve in one of the Houses of Congress. Not both. No other terms allowed after serving initially.

2. Absolute manditory to balance the budget every year. No more spending then what is collected in taxes the previous year.

3. Do away with all income taxes. Flat tax across the board for money spent. 15% National Sales Tax. 10% to the Federal government. 5% to the state the tax was collected from. No other tax in the US would be Constitutional and the tax could never ever be raised.

Military: all military bases and military action would be halted and brought to the us...unless the host country paid the bill to have them there....

Taxes: all expenditures out side us borders would be halted and us tax dollars would only be spent on us citizens and us infrastructure

Pork: eliminated....up or down vote on the issue at hand....no more riders....

if you give me a fourth ...bail out funds go directly to the taxpaying individual no more money to unionis or corportations or financial institutions....bail out the people.. then let them decide who to bail out....

pity i inhaled and slept with more women than tiger....

1. Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms should be a convenience store, not a government agency. Make it so.

2. Retire 90% of the chair polishers in the Pentagon. Military should be made up of warriors not promotion chasers.

3. 5 year moratorium on hiring in every department. No position opened for any reason could be refilled.

1) Abolish the Fed, IRS, 16th and 17th Amendments (they're all related).

2) Bring home the troops from any and every nation that poses no direct threat to America.

3) Abolish the Departments of Fatherl...er...Homeland Security, Commerce, Education, Energy, HHS, HUD, the TSA, ATF, DEA and FEMA (for starters).

The rest will pretty much take care of itself.

Good list. Throw in the 19th amendment and you have my vote for king.

I could go all day, so I'll keep it to the two I find most important.

1. Creation of a 21st century energy policy. Increase investments in solar, wind, hydroelectric, and other alternative energy sources. Build a national smart grid. Construction of new nuclear power plants as a transition step between fossil fuels and clean energy. Tax incentives for families and business for investing in energy-saving appliances and building upgrades.

2. Revamp education. National standards. National testing. Increase incentives for becoming teachers, draining the swamp of education as a placeholder for students who aren't very skilled otherwise, but also tie teacher pay to performance. End social promotion.

:eusa_shhh: Who said I was joking....

Most dont have a clue what the 19th is, and the rest dont care to find out.

Don't get me started. It won't be just 3.

I'd like the ending of any unnecessary foreign entanglements, auditing and eventually abolishing the Fed, repealing the 16 and 17 Amendments, pulling out of Iraq and Afghanistan ASAP, and getting to work on some of those other government agencies... The list goes on.

See, told ya. More than 3.
