Here is a map where a gutting of Obamacare without a replacement leaves counties without ACA insurance providers. Such a situation hurts the citizens of who live overwhelmingly in red states.

Look at this map to see if you might end up without Obamacare insurers selling near you

Predatory corporate healthcare is allegedly the most magnificent on earth.

Please ignore these sections.

We wanted NOTHING to do with Obamacare and will be pleased as punch when it's gone.

Missouri voters yesterday overwhelmingly passed Proposition C, a state law keeping the government from mandating that people have health insurance and from fining them for not purchasing it.

The requirement that people have health insurance is one of the key provisions of the health care bill signed into law in March, and Proposition C puts state law in direct conflict with the federal requirement, which goes into effect in 2014.

And many of those in your state will be back without healthcare coverage, especially down in that bootheel area that vomited up Rush.

I think we've made our choice loud and clear. Please stop "helping".

Your state is like every other state. The people with concentrated wealth decided and never gave a thought to any save themselves.

Let me make it as clear as humanly possible.

Missouri went to the winning candidate for something like 50 year with only perhaps one exception, because we were balanced on a knifes edge between Democrats and Republicans.

McCain beat Obama by .01 percent of the vote.
Romney beat Obama by 9 percent.
Trump beat Hillary by 19 percent.

Let me attempt to convey something to you, I think the entire "two party/reps vs dems/left vs right" nonsense is a ruse.

Concentranted wealth governs this society. It dictates the politcal system, it dictates the economic system. Reread the post you responded to.

 You have no fucking idea what you're talking about.

Missouri Income by County for Average

The top counties? ...They are nearly all Blue. Jackson, Clay, Jefferson, St Louis, Boone, Cole, Platte...That's St. Louis and suburbs, Kansas City MO and suburbs and Columbia...plus the Capital...Jefferson City.

So please stop talking out of you ass, and quit while you're behind.

The rich people rule you is what you won't believe.

People die younger and more painfully without decent health care.

Your choice, of course.

My family is fine because we can pay out of pocket for almost everything without going bankrupt.

Well, someone doesn't really understand. I'm not talking about citizens sir, with homes in upscale neighborhoods and Bentleys in the drive. The financial “services” sector, the private Fed and World Bank, Wall Street socialists (as long as they’re on the receiving end of the socialism), your “job creator class. Your vote is equivalent to the Easter Bunny.

You're not going to believe this...but NONE of those people force Obamacare on us. Only ONE group is responsible.

If you have a problem with the financial "services" sector, the private Fed and the World Bank...feel free to go after them.

But every time you step on Missouri's tail and Oklahoma's tail and Iowa's tail, ...that just puts you that much farther from your goal.

You think in your arrogance that we are the 'flyover states" that you can walk all over? How's that workin' out for ya?

Your party is farther from power than you've been for 80 years.

Look at what your arrogance has wrought...

You want to be relevant ever again...it's time for some soul searching. Sometimes the best thing to do is own up to your mistakes....and Obamacare was a huge mistake. I'm not saying you didn't have good intentions...but forcing Obamacare on the nation...then not keeping your promises about it's implementation...the sticking partisan pet projects in there...then totally fucking up the rollout...THEN on top of all that, it being a total clusterfuck that is about to implode with 100% increases and providers pulling out like rats from a sinking ship...

...any objective observer would without reservation admit it was a mistake.

What you call "Obamacare" came out of the Heritage Foundation. And from the look of those average MO salaries? Whole lotta MO folks cannot afford healthcare in america. Something very very wrong with that.

I don't have health insurance anymore and it was a waste of money when I did have it. I never used it enough to ever meet the deductible where it kicked in and besides, I don't want to be told I have to have it. Barrypuppetcare was 2,700 pages of pork-filled legislation written by insurance companies for the benefit of insurance companies whose majority shareholders are the composite "gubermint" of USA.INC. If I come down with cancer, I will throw a party and do a "Dale Farewell Tour and visit all my friends and family and party our asses off. I don't want to stay on this shitty prison planet any longer than is necessary. Barrypuppetcare was a fucking joke and why leftards still tout it is still a mystery to me. Just for chucks and grins, I went to look up what a 50 year old male would pay in Michigan for healthcare on the exchanges. The cheapest plan was 600 per month with a 10,000 dollar deductible. So, realistically, I could pay 17,200 dollars in healthcare before the insurance ever kicked in. 1/6th of my income for something as shitty as that? Yeah, like I would ever be that stupid. I haven't had 17,000 dollars worth of medical expenses over the course of my entire life.

Yeah, I see what you mean, can't be an issue with accessing healthcare in america on that kind of wealth.

Never had a problem before Obamacare.

It was $50-70 for doctor visit. And I had catastrophic care insurance in case something terrible happened,

That's all gone now...my provider cancelled all catastrophic care plans after Obamacare...and doctor visits increased to $180 per visit...plus our family doctor and my wife's doctors separately closed their individual practices.

Luckily, I am self employed, and there is no mechanism for the government to recoup the penalty.

We found a nice concierge service...sure, it's 40 miles away where my old doctor was a mile away...but that's the price I pay for wonderful Obamacare.
