Businesses are not going to hire people when there is uncertainty regarding regulatory burdens and the costs of complying.

If ObamaCare were not already causing problems, then why have 1,400+ organizations (many of them UNIONS which supported Obama) been granted waivers?

Temporary waivers have been granted to give people time to make the necessary adjustments. It's not due to the regulations, but the time in which they had to be implemented. I am aware of no one who has a permanent waiver.

So, you think there are regulatory burdens that are keeping businesses from hiring. Such as which regulations?

IOW, you are an economic and business illiterate, although we really did not require any additional proof.
