Court records show George Zimmerman had a pair of black eyes, a nose fracture and two cuts to the back of his head after the fatal shooting of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.
He has entered a plea of not guilty and claims self-defense in the Feb. 26 shooting
Zimmerman was treated Feb. 27 at Altamonte Family Practice.

Those injuries—a bloody nose and a cut on the back of Zimmerman's head—were described not just by his "supporters" but by police officers who said they saw them.

He adds that Zimmerman kept following Martin after the police dispatcher suggested that he stop because he wanted to get an address from one of the houses so he would know where exactly he was in the development.

“Two cuts” the “day after” instead of “a” cut and “the” cut? He did not have the name of the complex he frequently patrolled? and needed an address and had to follow Trayvon to get it?
Paramedic observed a “scrape” on the back of Zim’s head. Shown the back of his head on CNN today showed what looked like a scrape and not a severe cut or cuts.

Trayvon had every right to stand his ground and fight back when he was followed and confronted by a crazy looking man. He is lucky Trayvon did not have a gun or he would have been the one dead in self defense. Trayvon was fighting for his life when he saw the gun.And he had every right to use deadly force.
