Recent unemployment chart

Exactly now if they have amitted to mistakes in the past why are you not accepting that perhaps the gallop one could be correct?

The trend is the important peice of information in this chart anyway.

The numbers are headed in the right direction.

I hope you can find that comforting but it seems the right doesnt like the fact that the economy is improving.

Ummmmm.............fAiL.

I suggest you go over to NBC.com and check out Geitner's appearance yesterday. The operative word he used was "pain" in terms of moving forward.:lol:

Holy shit.....this guy thinks that 18,000 new jobs/month is heading in the right direction.:boobies::boobies::2up:

No doubt about it, this report is a disaster for Obama.

No president since WWII has gotten re-elected with an unemployment rate over 7.2%.

Even if it does go down after this at an average rate of .1 a month, the best he can hope for is 7.6 before the election.

Except that it isn't improving.

Yes, 2010 was better than the awful year of 2009. But 2011 is not shaping up to be as good as 2010 was.

18K jobs is a net loss because you need 150,000 new jobs a month just to maintain.

Looks to me like your the one putting party over country. All you mentioned was the crappy job you think the GOP did. Haven't heard a word about the crappy job Barry and his gang are doing.

This economy is dismal and you dont' have to be a genious to see that.

OL'BO better get out his kneepads and start praying that future improvments are way better than what we see right now or he will be a one termer.

We should all be so fucking lucky.

The low unemployment rate of 2010 was 9.4% and it took all year to get that low.
9.2% is the high for 2011.

Average monthly change in jobs in 2010 was approx +78k. So far in 2011, it's been approx +126k.

Despite the June numbers, 2011 so far has been a much better year for the labor market.

Socialist China is mainly now grappling with problem of how to maintain the speading of the wealth around. The West, in contrast, is grappling with the problem of how to help out neighbors in crisis.

The West doesn't do what Socialist China does, but relies on computing such that the rich get richer, and the poor don't get enough: Collapsing any semblance of markets at all!

Perfect example of the old saying;
"Statistics never lie but liars use Statistics "

Here are some statistics for ya`!

SNIP:

"If you said any of the numbers from 6.1 to 7.6 percent, you'd also be wrong. In Germany, the rate is 6.1 percent; Canada 7.4 percent, Sweden 7.4 percent, and the U.K. 7.6 percent. All of these places have center-right governments.

"The U.K shifted from Labour to a Conservative-Liberal Democrat Coalition in May of last year. The unemployment rate has since fallen from 7.9 to 7.7 percent. Canada, Germany and Sweden had center-right government going into the global recession. The economies of these places weren't hit so badly as the U.S., and are now in recovery. Economies sometimes fall into recessions. But economies also recover from recessions. Why isn't our economy recovering?

Much more: Libertarian Republican: Some unemployment numbers

6.1, 7.4, 7.4, 7.6 and 9.2 percent

These are the latest unemployment numbers for Canada, Germany Sweden, the U.K. and the U.S. Can you guess which is the number for the only one of these countries who's head of government is a socialist?

Libertarian Republican: Some unemployment numbers

This is an amazing post. The only country headed by a socialist on that list is....

The United States? Fucking hilarious.

Would you advocate we act more like Germany in order to solve our economic problems?

And what does TM do, now that several people in this tghread have essentially PWNED him?

He runs away and hides, as usual. Probably going to start a new thread on the same subject, and ignore this one now.

Capitalist markets based on sales for profit is currently normative worldwide, including in the United States. The actual need for $36.0 bil., for example, is nowhere shown.

The mascalian anarchy is based on Widespread Wealth Worldwide, and tends to introduce computing into income economics.

The basis computing model was introduced in Matthew 20::1-16, and finally came to fruition in the natioanl equal income unit about rebates of U. S. President Gerald Ford, State of Alabama one-time teacher bonuses, California governor, Jerry Brown, one-time only state pay raises, the 1986 Tax Reform, raised and indexed standard deduction and personal exempions, and the Clinton equal amount tax credits.

All of that sets up a socialist basis, called an anarchy. No government exists at all, much as in some part of the United States--no borders exist at all. Washington-Idaho, for example freely allows border crossings.

Schedule M, the famous Make Work Pay Refundable Tax Credit was a better idea, but in true fashion: The Republican sales-for-profit party took the Santa Clause away!

Do Dems realize they present as schizophrenics? The economic news sucks and it's "TeaBaggerBoooshReaganGOPSUCKKKKKSSSSsss" then one bit of likely incorrect "Good news" and they're onto a new talking point.

Insane

You're still ignoring my link. The BLS, a government agency currently under the Obama administration, shows unemployment trending UP. From 9.0% in January to 9.2% in June.

And you say this is "the right direction"?

Seems to me you are the one putting party over country.

They won't be happy until we're all on unemployment.

How does pointing out that you are using wrong numbers say we are trashing progress?

Oh I see wrong numbers huh?

what makes them wrong and the higher right?

What makes gallups right and the higher wrong?

Because the Gallup numbers make Obama look good....
And now we are supposed to yell out Hail Obama...and heap praise and give thanks to him or we will be called racists....

If the jobs numbers are so good...why is the President looking for another jobs stimulus.
Oh wait...it's time to kick some cash back to the union members.

Again.
