Reagan's words are timeless. A founding father who

For those of us who lived through Reagan in corporate America he was the pits, he was bad for everything except the military industrial complex. That corporate entity always succeeds under scardycat republicans. That he is the best the republicans can do reminds one of a recent cute and empty headed republican. Most history is pure myth even as it is made.

OpEdNews - Article: Ronald Reagan: Worst President Ever? "....there's a growing realization that the starting point for many of the catastrophes confronting the United States today can be traced to Reagan's presidency. There's also a grudging reassessment that the "failed"- presidents of the 1970s--Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford and Jimmy Carter--may deserve more credit for trying to grapple with the problems that now beset the country."

Newsflash: Ronald Reagan Raised Taxes (You Idiots) | Firedoglake "It’s conservative lore that Reagan the icon cut taxes, while George H.W. Bush the renegade raised them. As Stockman recalls, "No one was authorized to talk about tax increases on Ronald Reagan’s watch, no matter what kind of tax, no matter how justified it was." Yet raising taxes is exactly what Reagan did. He did not always instigate those hikes or agree to them willingly–but he signed off on them. One year after his massive tax cut, Reagan agreed to a tax increase to reduce the deficit that restored fully one-third of the previous year’s reduction. (In a bizarre bit of self-deception, Reagan, who never came to terms with this episode of ideological apostasy, persuaded himself that the three-year, $100 billion tax hike–the largest since World War II–was actually "tax reform" that closed loopholes in his earlier cut and therefore didn’t count as raising taxes.)"

Lol...GREAT sources!

Zealot.
No shit!.......Just another Obamabot douchebag thinking they could actually pull it off.

LMAO!

In the Iran Contra hearings he was rehearsed so well that he told the committee 124 times, "I don't remember." But at least when he had all his faculties he voted for FDR.

Is it true that when Reagan, the founder, left office the government had grown larger than FDR's government and Reagan had only tripled the national debt?
