RCP Polling: Feingold down by 8!

Will Al Franken campaign for Feingold or has Feingold told Franken to "Stay home ya fucking freak of nature!"

Feingold is a loyal Socialist/Progressive. One less Socialist/Progressive in our Congress is always good news to me. :)

Not even 10 months ago, Russ Feingold had a percieved lead of around 10 points. Now he's trailing by 8.

Russ fucking Feingold is doing this bad! Look at the link and see the Daily Kos poll that puts him at 11 down even! That's a real surprise to me.

It's only polling data, which means it's about as trustworthy as a crackhead at the end of the month, but at least averaging polls gives a more... believable result compared to just one poll.

RealClearPolitics - Election 2010 - Wisconsin Senate - Feingold vs. Johnson

It will take a sizable margin for him to actually be ousted, when you consider the corruption uncovered in that state's electoral politics, and the willingness of their judiciary to countenance it.

Wisconsin's story shows how high the stakes are. Late in March, a 72-page bill was suddenly introduced and rushed forward with only abbreviated hearings. The bill would have given "nationally recognized" community organizing groups access to the state driver's license database to encourage voter turnout. After the infamous registration scandals involving Acorn in 2008, this was clearly a strange priority. Requests for an absentee ballot in a single election would also become permanent (without requiring a legitimate reason, such as infirmity), and the ballots would be automatically mailed out in future elections. . . .

. . . Milwaukee police department's Special Investigative Unit conducted a probe. Its February 2008 report found that from 4,600 to 5,300 more votes were counted in Milwaukee than the number of voters recorded as having cast ballots.

Yea the corrupt "Community Organizers" will have something to say in this election and many others as well. This thing will likely be rigged somehow. Bring on the busloads of Felons & Illegals. :(

yeah, Milwaukee's only Chicago North remember, politically. Very little difference between the two, other than Milwaukee isn't so splashy in it's corruption. A lot of voter fraud out of there. Madison's just liberal to the core so, it goes without saying. Other lib strongholds seem to be the indian reservations (as usual) and the Mississippi river. The rest is fairly to extremely conservatives. Appleton, for instance is home of the John Birch Society, and Ripon is the birthplace of the GOP. So here's hoping the turnout in the rest of the state outweighs the corruption of the urban centers.

after reading his wiki page, it seems the patriot act 'no' vote was the only good thing in his career :-/
